The Development Services Department oversees all development-related applications and approvals, while the Approving Officer oversees subdivision applications. Permit applications are available below.

Engineering (Design Standards / Mapping)

The Engineering Department is responsible for the following:

• Capital Works Programs for water, sewer, roads and drainage;
• Town Engineering and Design Standards;
• Infrastructure support to maintenance staff, other departments, developers and the public;
• Land Development Services;
• Mapping and record keeping; and,
• Permit Approvals for work within Town right-of-ways
