TAXES: When are my taxes due?
The day after the July long weekend of every year. Each household is sent a tax notice approximately six weeks in advance. If you have recently bought or sold a property, please contact City Hall.

GARBAGE: When does my garbage get picked up, if there is statutory holiday?
Garbage is picked up one day later than the normal schedule.

GARBAGE: Am I permitted to put an extra garbage can out for pick-up whenever I want?
No. Every household is permitted to put out one garbage can on their pick-up day, unless a garbage tag is purchased from City Hall.

GARBAGE: How can I find out the difference between recycling, organic waste and other garbage?

BYLAW: When is construction noise permitted?
Between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday to Saturday, except in the case of emergencies.

DEVELOPMENT: How do I rezone my property?

ORGANICS: What type of bags can I use for my organics?
The bags you use must be biodegradable. These bags are available in a range of sizes from a number of local retail locations.

Grocery bags are not permitted.
