Latest COVID-19 Updates:

The information on this page was last updated on April 11, 2022.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Town of Ladysmith is carrying on with business as usual while following all guidelines and orders of federal and provincial health officers.

Public Health Orders no longer require that a mask be worn when visiting our offices and facilities.  Similarly, Proof of Vaccination is no longer required to access the Frank Jameson Community Centre amenities such as the Fitness Centre and aquatics area, as well as participate in classes and programming.

Despite these changes, we respect the decision of those who wish to wear a mask when visiting us.

We appreciate the public's ongoing understanding and commitment to limiting the spread of the virus. If you're feeling unwell, please stay home and monitor your symptoms.

Please check our Contact page for details on how to reach staff if you wish to stay at home.

To make utility bill or other payments, you can visit us in person, use the drop box at the front door of City Hall, or use online banking -- just remember to set up two different payees for your utility bills and property taxes to make sure your payments are credited to the correct account.
