Stocking Lake Trail closed near dam

Heading out for a hike? The Town would like you to know about a trail closure at the Stocking Lake Dam.
Over the coming weeks, a contractor is completing work on the dam, which means you won’t be able to complete the loop around Stocking Lake. There is no detour around the work area.
‘Up’ for some elevation, the Stocking Lake Trail remains open from Thetis Drive for an out-and-back hike.
The public can also access part of the Stocking Lake Trail via the Heart Lake Trail.
