Submitting a Building Permit Application Package

The Town accepts complete Building Permit application packages via the Building Permit Hub or through direct submission via email to ds@ladysmith.ca. Please note – the Building Permit Hub only accepts applications for new builds of Single-detached houses, Duplexes, Accessory Dwelling Units (garden suite, laneway houses etc.) and Triplexes/Fourplexes/Townhouses at this time.

To request historical building permit information, including building permit history, site survey & occupancy permits, please fill out the form below and return to ds@ladysmith.ca.
