Meetings of Council

Ladysmith Council meets on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.

Council also meets as 'Committee of the Whole' on the second Tuesday of every second month at 6:30 p.m. to give preliminary consideration to proposed policies, services and/or other matters and make recommendations to Council.

Council and CoW agenda packages are published on our website on the Friday before each meeting.

Council  and CoW meetings are held in the City Hall Council Chamber, 410 Esplanade.  Members of the public may attend meetings in person in accordance with COVID-19 safety protocols.  Masks are mandatory.  Since space in the Council Chamber is limited, public attendance will be on a first-come, first-served basis as space permits.
