New for 2024

The Grant in Aid Program has been updated for 2024 to reflect the growing number of requests received by Council for projects and special activities.  The changes ensure financial support for community not-for-profit organizations is distributed more equitably.

As per the policy, Council will consider only one application per organization, per year. Organizations are requested to limit their request to a maximum of $10,000.  An organization may receive a Grant for up to four consecutive years. However. funding requests will be reduced incrementally per year as outlined in the policy.  Following the fourth year,  organizations are required to wait an entire Grant cycle before re-applying.
