Business Licence Programs & Options Applications & Information
The Town of Ladysmith is pleased to offer inter-municipal business licences with the City of Duncan, the District of North Cowichan and the Town of Lake Cowichan. Your Ladysmith business licence is valid when you offer mobile business services within these three other communities.
The cost of an annual business licence is $100. If you are a new business to Ladysmith and apply between July 1st and December 31st, your cost will be prorated to $50. Ladysmith business owners that travel to other municipalities to carry out work, can now purchase an Inter-Community Business Licence for an additional $170.00.
