Achievement Award

Established in 2023, the Achievement Award honours individuals, teams, or groups who have earned provincial, national, or international recognition in sports, science, social or cultural endeavours, or who have carried out a significant act that benefits the community.

Recipients

The Town of Ladysmith presented its first-ever Achievement Award to the Ladysmith Chargers U17B softball team on November 5, 2024.

The Ladysmith Chargers U17B - Kennedy Team received the Achievement Award in recognition of their gold medal win over the Abbotsford Outlaws at the Softball BC U17B Provincial Championship in Port Coquitlam in July 2024.
