Traffic Advisory: 1st Avenue and Gatacre Street (September 9)

Ladysmith, BC — The Town of Ladysmith is advising residents and visitors of traffic disruptions on Tuesday, September 9 from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, due to construction activities at the Island Hotel.

During this time, 1st Avenue between Roberts Street and High Street will be reduced to single alternating traffic. Gatacre Street below 1st Avenue will be closed to through traffic, and the sidewalk in front of 440 1st Avenue will also be closed.

The Town thanks residents and visitors for their patience and cooperation while this work is underway.
