Go Paperless: Get Your Utility Bills by Email

Ladysmith, BC — Due to the ongoing strike by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW), the Town of Ladysmith is urging residents to sign up and receive their quarterly utility bills by email.

Signing up is simple, just email your name and account number to finance@ladysmith.ca.

Once registered, you’ll begin receiving your quarterly utility bill directly to your inbox.

This will help ensure that residents receive their utility bill on time and avoid potential postal delays. Residents who do not sign up for email billing will continue to receive a paper copy of their bill, though delivery times may be affected by the strike.
