Ladysmith, BC — Recognizing the importance of hearing from as many residents as possible, the Town has reopened the website feedback survey on Let’s Talk Ladysmith.
The survey is currently open and will be available until 11:59 pm on December 3. Hard copies will be available at City Hall upon request.
You must create an account on Let’s Talk Ladysmith to participate online. As part of the registration process, the Town requires basic demographic information to better understand who is providing feedback and ensure diverse voices are represented in decision-making. Demographic data is kept confidential.
The survey is part of a comprehensive audit of the Town’s website, led by KIMBO Design. The audit supports a long-term vision to redesign the site into a highly accessible, user-friendly platform that will serve residents, businesses, and visitors for years to come.
"The insights we receive from the survey results will guide the Town in developing a modern website that not only reflects the values and priorities of our community, but also improves how residents access information and interact us," says Nicholas Pescod, the Town’s Communications & Engagement Specialist. "By sharing their perspectives, residents play an active role in shaping a platform that will better serve the entire community for years to come.”
