Final Opportunity: Website feedback survey reopened over the holiday period

Ladysmith, BC — The Town of Ladysmith, in consultation with KIMBO Design and informed by community feedback, has reopened the website feedback survey until 11:59 pm on January 9, 2026.

The survey is part of a comprehensive audit of the Town’s website, which is being led by KIMBO Design. The audit supports a long-term vision to redesign the site into a highly accessible, user-friendly platform that will serve residents, businesses, and visitors for years to come.

"We felt it was important to reopen the survey over the Christmas holiday period to provide additional opportunities for participation, particularly for those from underrepresented groups and individuals with accessibility needs,” says Nicholas Pescod, Communications & Engagement Specialist for the Town of Ladysmith.

Registration is no longer required to participate in the survey. However, the Town encourages individuals to register if they've not already done so to allow the Town to access basic demographic information and ensure diverse voices are represented in decision-making. Demographic data is kept confidential.

Hard copies of the survey will be available at City Hall upon request and those who wish to provide their input via email can do by emailing info@ladysmith.ca until 11:59 pm on January 9, 2026.

The Town of Ladysmith respectfully acknowledges that we gather and work on the unceded territory of the Stz'uminus First Nation, the traditional keepers of this land.
