Davis Road water main break

The Town of Ladysmith is advising residents and businesses about a water main break occurring today, Tuesday, January 13, in the 300-block of Davis Road.

The break is located in an area near the Ladysmith Golf Course and Coronation Mall.

Repairs are currently underway and expected to continue into the evening. A brief water shutoff is required that affects the Gulfview Estates residential complex at 385 Davis Road.

The Town does not know when water service will be restored but anticipates the issue will be resolved within the next 3-7 hours.

Traffic control measures are in place, although both lanes remain open.
