Join us for Canada Day celebrations at Transfer Beach

Ladysmith, BC — The Town of Ladysmith invites residents and visitors to celebrate Canada Day on Tuesday, July 1, 2026, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at Transfer Beach.

Join us as we celebrate Canada and our community with family-friendly activities, live entertainment, community displays, and more.

Event Schedule

9:00 am – Pancake Breakfast hosted by the Ladysmith Kinsmen Club

11:30 am – Official Canada Day Ceremony at the Amphitheatre

11:30 am to 2:00 pm – Community Booths and Children's Activities

11:45 am – Canada Day Cake Cutting (free cake while supplies last)

12:00 pm to 2:00 pm – Live Music

2:00 pm – Event activities begin to wrap up
