Traffic Advisory: Trans-Canada Highway Lane Closures for Annual Median Maintenance

Ladysmith, BC — The Town of Ladysmith is advising residents and visitors that from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Tuesday, October 6, and Wednesday, October 7, the northbound and southbound inside lanes (fast lanes) of the Trans Canada Highway will be closed between Strathcona Road and Roberts Street.

During this time, Town of Ladysmith crews will be completing important annual maintenance of the highway median.

Motorists are asked to use caution when travelling through the work area, watch for crews and traffic control personnel, and allow additional time for potential delays.

The Town of Ladysmith appreciates the public's patience and cooperation while this annual maintenance is completed.
