The Town of Ladysmith would like to hear about how you stay up to date on Council business and other communication updates published by our organization.
Whether it’s statutory notices such as public hearings, or meeting agendas, road closures, updates on our programs and services, or so much more - where do you receive the information to stay connected and informed?
A two-question survey is now available online and at City Hall, Development Services and the Frank Jameson Community Centre.
The survey results will be used to better inform our procedures and best practices moving forward for how we inform and communicate with the public.
